The houses are located in a peaceful village only at 12 km distance from Gabrovo and 15 km from Sevlievo. it is 3 km from the main road. The road has very good quality and the access is fast and easy.
Each house consists of two apartments - each with two bedrooms, bathroom and closet. In total there are 8 rooms. Both houses have total living area of 85 sq m and the size of the plot is 1300 sq m. The roofs are covered by slabs and tiles. The property has its own septic tank, electricity and water.
The area has many caves and lakes. From the property in clear weather you can see the Botev peak and Shipka monument. The village is clean, and has everything. The location is unique.
