We are delighted to bring to your attention this ​​old, authentic stone-built house located in a picturesque Rhodope village in Chepelare Municipality.

The year of construction is 1900. The total living area of the house is 130 sq m and the size of the parcel is 300 sq m. Each of the stone walls has a thickness of 60 cm. The house has completely new roof and sewerage system. The property is suitable for rural tourism or other investment.

The house has three floors - each with an area of ​​65 square meters. The ground floor is below the street level and has access from the garden and the second floor. The second floor is accessed from the street. There is also an additional farm building that could be converted into a barbecue or a service room. It has an area of ​​54 square meters.
