The house is located in a village in northern Bulgaria, in Pleven municipality, Pleven region. The village is at 9 km east of the town of Pleven and 173 km northeast of the capital Sofia.

The village is well developed. In it there is a functioning town hall, a community center, a pharmacy, stores and restaurants, a motel and a guest house. The nearest hospital is in the town of Pleven, where there are also schools and kindergartens. The village has a football club.

The house is old and has a lot of things to repair –plumbing, wiring, etc., but in general it is in good condition for a house that old.  The foundations are made of stone. The rest is brick and joists. The building has a total living area of 100 sq m. The size of the garden is 1000 sq m. In it there are several farm buildings.

The house hasn’t been lived in for more than 10 years and requires cleaning. There is an opportunity to connect it to the central sewer.
