The house is located in the town of Dobrich. Its total built area is 72 sq m and the size of the plot on which it is built is 1500 sq m.

The house is two-storey. It consists of a living room with kitchen box, two rooms and a bathroom with WC. In addition to the main building there is another room of 25 sq m and a summer terrace of 30 sq m. The house has a large barbecue, decorated with natural stone and a bar counter.

Currently, repair works are being carried out on the second floor. The walls are being fitted with internal insulation and gypsum plaster. One of the rooms needs full interior renovation. The house is plastered with exterior plaster, finished with decorative stones. The roof has been repaired.
