This is a fully renovated house located in northern Bulgaria close to Danube River. The property is 7 km southeast from the nearby town of Oryahovo, 80 km northeast from Vratsa, 25 km north from Byala Slatina and 25 km northwest from Knezha. The village is just 8 km south from the Danube River.

The settlement is one of the largest in northwestern Bulgaria. There is regular bus transportation to the municipal center of Oryahovo and other areas. The village has shops and restaurants, an elementary school, community center, doctor and a dentist.

The house was completely renovated using quality materials.
