The house is located in the center of a neat village in close vicinity to the town of Belogradchik.

The house has one floor, brick construction, with a total living area of about 70 sq m. The distribution inside comprises of the following: a living room, three rooms, an entrance hall, a bathroom and toilet, and a basement with an area of about 20 sq m.

The house is fully renovated - PVC window joineries, internal ceiling insulation with cotton wool and plasterboard, external insulation. The walls are plastered and painted with latex. The flooring in the living room is laid with terracotta the rest of the rooms - natural wood. The toilet is finished with faience and terracotta. The bathroom is equipped with a water heater and sanitary. The heating is via a fireplace with a water jacket connected to radiators in all rooms.
