The house is located in a picturesque village, 25 km west of Sofia. The village can be reached very quickly via the E80 main road. Close by are the towns of Slivnitsa and Kostinbrod - both at about 10 kilometers away.

The property is within 3-4 minutes’ walk from the center of the village. There you can find a shop and two pubs, as well as a playground. There is regular bus service to Sofia.

The house has 2 floors - the first, ground floor has 2 rooms and a narrow corridor between them. The second floor is a mirror image of the first, but there is a glazed entrance hall with access to the attic. The house has electricity (three-phase) and water. There are two chimneys. There is another brick farm building on the plot, which consists of 2 rooms.

The air in the area is very clean and there are no main roads or crossroads around the property. A nice view of the Balkan Mountains reveals to the north. There are several lakes in the area.
