This is a lovely house with a huge yard located in the beautiful Rhodope Mountains.

The village lies in southern Bulgaria. It takes part in Smolyan Municipality, Smolyan district. The settlement is 21 km northwest from the town of Rudozem, about 26 km southwest from the town of Smolyan, 40 km south from the resort Pamporovo and 266 km southeast from the city of Sofia.

The offered house is situated at an altitude of 892 m above sea level. It is only 500 meters from a beautiful cave. The property is built on a plot of land with size 7000 sq m. The house is on two floors and having a total living area of 100 sq m. The house consists of two rooms per floor and there is also an additional kitchen.

In the yard there are two farm buildings – one is for farm animals and the other for a storage.

The climate here is typical for the western part of the Rhodope Mountain. The summer is cool and humid, autumn - long and warm.
