The house is located in a quiet village in Lovech municipality, 4km away from Sopot Dam, 15 km from the town of Troyan. It is 130 km from Sofia (about 2 hours by car). The location is extremely quiet and very close to the main road to Sofia.

The house has 2 floors with the following layout:

Floor 1 - living room with kitchen, guest room, bathroom and basement.

Floor 2 - 3 bedrooms, one bedroom has a terrace and a closet.

The house has an adjoining building on 2 floors which is used for storage. There is also a large barn. In front of the house there is a wonderful green area with flowers and a summer kitchen. The property included an authentic well (geran) in which you can cool drinks in the hot summer days. Behind the barn there is a great cultivated garden suitable for planting vegetables and any home-grown crops that you would like.
