The house is located in a busy village, on the main road Sofia – Varna. The village takes part in Sofia district (situated around 80 km from the capital).

The village has a population of about 1500 people. It is very suitable for tourism, being located in the Central Balkan National Park. At about 4 km away, there is a beautiful lake. The settlement is famous for its clean spring fountains. Seven rivers pass through it. It is perfect for nature lovers and the clean Balkan air.
