Solid house located 85 km from the city of Varna. The house is about 100 years old. It is built of stone, brick and trimmer joists. It has two floors and a total living area of 100 sq m. The distribution is as follows:

First floor - corridor, two rooms and a bathroom with toilet. One of the rooms is very large – tavern type. There is an unfinished bathroom. The first floor is about 50 sq m (same as the second).

Second floor - glazed terrace, a corridor, three bedrooms.

The house needs repair but in general it is strong and stable, there is no give or serious structural integrity issues.

The yard is about 800 square meters. In the garden there is about 100-years old walnut tree and nearly 60-years old pine. There are septic tanks.

The village is part of Novi Pazar Municipality, Shumen district. The city of Varna is 45 minutes’ drive away. The city of Novi Pazar is at 15 minutes.
