This is an old house located in a picturesque mountain village in Belovo municipality, Pazardzhik district. The house is in the center of the village, in its best part, revealing beautiful view of the Rhodopes.

The house can be restored or rebuilt. It is one of the few preserved ones in the area. There is no sewer or water, however the water lines are literally passing next to the house. The house needs full renovation. People have not lived in it for a long time and therefore many essentials are missing. The house was used 20 years ago as a barn, and a storage. The construction is stone, mudbrick and wood.

The village is located on the main road Belovo - Bansko, at the same distance from Sofia and Plovdiv. The property is ideal for a villa or for permanent living. This is a very a quiet area with amazing nature.
