The house is two-story, with an area of 100 sq m. It is trimmer joists construction, built in year 1890. The property is located near the center of the village, on a quiet street.

The offered house is on two floors – 50 sq m per floor. The first floor is a tavern. The second floor consists of four rooms, one of which can be made in to two separate bathrooms with toilets of 4 square meters each. The house has new, concrete foundations. The building was reinforced on all sides. The house is solid, no bad beams. The roof has not had serious leaks, but it is advisable to repair it.

The sale also includes some old beams of 4.5 m (about 30 pcs), suitable for building a barbecue.
