The house was built according to a standard project more than 60 years ago. The village is located at an altitude of 763 m. The summer is cool and fresh, the winter is snowy and beautiful.
This is a typical Samokov house with wooden beams. It has a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is built of stones. The upper floor is made of bricks. The ground floor consists of a tavern with a fireplace and a kitchenette. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a toilet.
The house has been completely renovated and kept in very good condition. The window frames and shutters have been replaced. The gutters and the roof were repaired 7 years ago.
The yard is 300 sq.m. neat and tidy. In the garden there is an old furnace which has been completely restored. Behind the house there is a shed - 50 sq m.
The village is located in a very communicative place, with year-round access to the main road. This is a very suitable place for living, as well as for relaxation and vacation. The village lies at the foot of the majestic Rila Mountains, on the banks of the largest Bulgarian river Maritsa, only 11 km from the Borovets resort.
