This magnificent house is located in the Teteven mountains, in an amazing, picturesque village, 12 km from Teteven and just 2 km from a ski slope. The place is quiet and secluded. It is at the borders of the village, 700 m above the sea level. The area is perfect for hunting, fishing and just relaxing. There is a small river flowing through the yard.

The house has two floors. The layout of the premises inside is very functional and convenient. On the first floor there are 2 rooms each with private bathroom, a 1 studio with one bedroom, living room and a bathroom, a tavern with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

The second floor has four rooms, each with bathroom, an apartment that consists of a bedroom, living room and bathroom.

Almost all of the rooms are with river views. All rooms are fully furnished with furniture made of solid wood. The bathrooms are fully equipped. There is local heating and central hot water.

The yard has a barbecue and a space for tables and chairs.
