The house is located in a very beautiful village in one of the most picturesque gorges of Bulgaria - the Iskar Gorge.

Nearby there are many interesting places to see – mountains, trails, rivers and historical sites. The village is 50-60 km from the city of Sofia and about 10 kilometers from the city of Svoge.

The house is old, in need of renovation. Some small repairs already have been made. The access to the house is easy during the whole year. There is a nice road that leads to it.

The house has 2 floors. The 1st floor is used more as a basement. The second floor has two rooms and a large terrace. The house is supplied with water and electricity.

The house is about 150 square meters. The yard is 500 square meters.
