The village is located in the eastern part of Stara Planina Mountain. It lies just 35 km northwest of Karnobat, 12 km north of Sungurlare, 92 km from the regional center Burgas and 30 km southeast of Kotel. The settlement is nestled in the valley of the Luda Kamchia River.

The total living area of the property is 130 sq m. The house comes with a small enclosed garden of 120 sq m. The property is supplied with all communications – electricity, water and sewer. The house has two floors.
