Solid brick house located in Godech region, about 50 km from the city of Sofia. The village benefits with year-round access via an asphalted road. There are regular bus transport and grocery stores available.

The house is two-storey with a total area of 62 sq m. It was built in the mid-1990s on a regulated plot of land with area of 700 sq.m. The property also includes a solid-built garage with an area of 22 sq m. The house faces east. It is supplied with electricity and water and has a built-in septic tank.

The first floor has an area of 28 sq m. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a corridor and a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a large terrace of 20 sq m.
