Rural house with a yard located in a secluded village in Trun municipality, Pernik district. The municipal center of Trun is only at 11 km distance.

The house has an area of ​​110 square meters. It consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, a dining room with kitchen and a fireplace. There is also an internal bathroom and toilet. The roof was replaced a few years back, now having new tiles and joists.

In front of the house there is a river, and at the back there is a pine forest. Part of the river water can be directed into the yard (used for watering).

The village is 80 km from Sofia and 35 km from Lake Vlasina - Serbia, which is a tourist destination.
