The village lies 120 km from Sofia in the direction to Varna, along the Hemus highway and is 6 km from the Sopot Dam. The house is on the main street near the center of the village.

The property is completely renovated. There is local heating, all rooms have new aluminum radiators and the bathrooms are heated as well. The house is on two floors + attic and a basement. The first floor consists of a living room, a dining room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and a wet room. The second floor consists of a bathroom with toilet, three separate bedrooms (two have terraces). The bathroom and the wet room on the first floor have been renovated, having faience and terracotta tiles. While the second floor bathroom has been only partially repaired. All bedrooms and the living room has wooden flooring, the dining room and kitchen are granite made.

In the garden, there are several farm buildings. It is well maintained and perfect for growing vegetables and fruit.
