The house is located in a small village at the foot of the fore Balkan. The area is characterized with fresh mountain air and unspoiled nature suitable for recreation and mountain tourism. It is located only 8 km from the highway, 36 km from the resort Ribaritsa and 9 km from Yablanitsa.
