This is a new, three-storey house, situated at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, 16 km north from Stara Zagora.

The house was finished in 2007. It has Act 16 permission for usage and all the necessary documents. It has total living area of 150 sq m (50 sq m per floor). The distribution of the premises inside is as follows:

On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen box, one bedroom and a bathroom with WC. The second floor is not finished and consists of one large room and a bathroom with WC. The third floor has two bedrooms, WC and an attic room.

All floors are connected by an internal staircase. The house has two separate entrances.

The yard is 500 sq m in size. It is terraced on two levels and includes a parking space, additional farm building, water probe and a large metallic tank.
