The villa is located in a village 35 km north from the city of Sofia. The village is situated in a picturesque Iskar Gorge in the heart of the Balkan. You can take a train from Sofia. The train trip from Sofia will take half an hour and a drive by car - 40 minutes. There is also a bus. The village is located in an ecologically clean area in which there is no industry. It is inhabited only by Bulgarians.

The plot, on which the house is built, has an area of ​​850 sq m and the house is on three levels with a total area of ​​200 sq m. There is a road to the property, water and electricity. The house was built in 1996 -1997 year. It has concrete structure with brickwork. The house has two living rooms, each of 32 square meters, three bedrooms, one of which is under the roof: there is a place for cooking, dining room, a small bathroom and a toilet. The walls are painted with latex. The floors are tiled, wooden or with linoleum and the stairs is mosaic.

In the area there is mobile communications and digital TV. Iskar River flows 150 meters from the house. There are forests and mountain trails suitable for cycling and walking.
