The house is located in a picturesque village at the foot of the Rhodopi Mountains. The property is in the village center.

The village is near some mineral and spa resorts (Velingrad - 35 km, Varvara – 5 km, Belovo - 10 km). It is 80 km from Sofia, 20 km from Pazardzhik, 5 km from Septemvri. It is a very lively village set in a developing region.
