The village itself is located south and southwest - behind the house. The village is situated on a slope, and the streets are steep, only few of them asphalted.
 
It is a two-storey house with total living area of 140 sq m with additional outbuildings with area 220 sq m (need repairs) – all built on a plot of land with size 850 sq m with vineyard and fruit trees. There is also a winery.
 
The house is not the last one in the village. There are other properties from each side. The neighbors are Belgians, English and Bulgarian families. The nearest asphalted street is 100 m away from the house. The road is steep, but passable by an ordinary car.
