The house is located in a small and peaceful village part of Lovech municipality, Lovech region. It is situated in north-western Bulgaria, 16 km from the town of Lovech and 71 km from Veliko tarnovo. The village is nicely arranged with all necessary amenities for a permanent stay or a pleasant vacation. There is regular bus transport to Lovech and Veliko Tarnovo.

The house is two story with yard - 1400 sq m in size. The total living area of the house itself is 95 sq m. It consists of two rooms on each floor and on the first floor there is an old fireplace. The building has solid stone foundations. Outside stone staircase connects to the second floor.
