The house is located at the foot of the northern side of Stara Planina, in Lovech region. 

The village lies 15 km south of Ugarchin, 40 km south-west from Lovech, 40 km north-west from Troyan and approximately 120 km north-east from Sofia. The Hemus highway, which connects the capital with the city of Varna is located 3 km north from the village.

The house is after full repairs of the second floor, finished with style. On the second floor there is a large room (living room) with access to the kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. On the ground floor are two rooms and a spacious corridor, which have not been renovated.

In the yard there are several additional buildings. There is a possibility to make a barbecue, a swimming pool and even another guest house.

The property is located five minutes walk from the village center and 10 km from Sopot reservoir.
