This is a fully renovated, two-storey house located in close vicinity to the famous spa resort Hissarya.

The house was built in 1975, but it was completely renovated in 2016. The villa is located 6-7 minutes away from the train station (Plovdiv-Karlovo). The villa is on two floors and there is also an attic, which comprises of one room. The roof and the gutters are completely replaced, the joinery is changed with PVC, the electrical installation is completely replaced.

The first floor is used as a kitchen. There is partial kitchen equipment - a cooker, a dining table, etc. The second floor has brand new parquet flooring. It is used as a living room with sleeping area. The stairs between the first and the second floor are external. There is also a terrace at the entrance to the second floor. Internal stairs connect the second floor and the attic.

The yard is quite large. There are several barracks and two wells. There are flowers, vines and fruit trees. On the side of the house, there is something like a summer kitchen (shed) with a furnace and a sink.
