The house is situated at the very beginning of a beautiful mountain village 17 km from Gabrovo and 13 km from Sevlievo.
 
The house has built area of 80 sq m for each floor or a total of 260 sq m. The yard is 750 square meters. It is surrounded on three sides by a network and the front is a brick wall - 2.3 meters.
