The property is located 50 km from Sofia and 11 km from the town of Botevgrad. The house is built in the central part of the village.

The building has a total living area of 97 square meters (residential part - 64 sq m, basement - 12 sq m, summer kitchen - 6 sq m, tool room - 15 sq m). The yard is fully regulated. Its total size of 1100 square meters.
