The house is located in a very small village in Berkovitsa municipality, Montana district. It stands on an asphalt road, which guarantees easy access at any time of the year. The house has electricity and water (piping), new PVC windows. The total living area is 70 sq m.

The building consists of a spacious entrance hall, three rooms and a large living room of about 30 square meters. Under the whole house there is a basement suitable for a tavern. There are 3 more wooden buildings in the yard, and one of them has a stove. The yard has a regular shape and is flat.
