The house is located in the center of the town, on the central road Burgas – Sofia. The exhibition is towards southeast. It comprises with two floors and the following distribution:

On the first floor, there is a shop with a separate entrance - ​​28 sq m, a corridor, a kitchen and one room. Under the first floor, there are two more rooms and a large basement. Internal staircase leads to the second floor, which has a kitchen, three rooms and a large terrace.

The supporting structure of the building has partial reinforced concrete elements and brick masonry. The walls are brickwork. The floor structure is a reinforced concrete slab. The roof structure is wooden, covered with tiles.

The whole plot is 302 sq m. The house has a built area of 76 sq m and the total living space is 152 sq m. In the yard, there is an additional one-storey brick building - 23 sq m, which was used as a summer kitchen.

The garden is 200 sq m. It has three fruit trees and vines.
