The house is located in northern Bulgaria, Pleven district. The village is just 6 km south of the town of Pordim and 24 km southeast of the town of Pleven. The capital Sofia is 180 km to the southwest.

The settlement is well maintained. There is bus transportation that connects it to the other nearby villages and towns. The main streets are asphalted and there is street lightning. The village has a town hall, community center with library, kindergarten, primary school, stores and a pub.

The house is on two floors. The distribution inside is as follows:

• First floor - 3 rooms, 1 kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
• Second floor - 2 rooms, 1 kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
• The house also has a basement.

The size of the garden is 1100 sq m. In the yard there is a large vineyard, a summer kitchen with a storage room and an additional outbuilding, an external toilet, a garage, a well.
