The house is located in the beautiful Rhodope village, only 12 km from Smolyan.

The house has two large floors - each of 90 sq m. The first one consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with two beds, a kitchen with sink with cupboards, cooker with an oven. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with toilet and a separate large storage room. The second floor is reached with an internal staircase and has three separate rooms with two beds each. There is also another premise (about 16 square meters), which can be made in to another bedroom.

The roof was recently repaired. There are no leaks. The house is quite old but stable and preserved its authentic appearance. The panorama is perfect.

The yard is 1500 sq m. There are few additional outbuildings, which can be used for storage or a summer kitchen. More than half of the village's population is English speaking. The house is not far from the center and can be used for both living and recreation. The water is from an own water supply.
