The hotel is situated in the central area in the town of Kiten, about 250 m away from the beach and the coast. It was opened in summer of 2005 and integrates the luxurious well-appointed interior with a qualitative service for the guests. This is a precondition for an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel disposes of 18 double rooms, 12 of them have the option to add an extra bed, and one studio for two or four persons. A large panorama-terrace on the roof is available to the guests too. There one can spend most memorable moments. On the terrace there is a mini swimming pool, equipped with lounges and parasols, and also - a barbecue-corner, too. Each of the rooms has got a balcony, separate WC, mini-cellaret, cable TV, Internet - wireless, air-conditioner.

The hotel is operational and there are many permanent clients - Bulgarians so as foreigners. It has built area of 900 sq m. There are 19 rooms for guests, three rooms for staff and 2 storage premises. The hotel has a reception, a large roof top terrace with open air swimming pool, another terrace with children's playground and a cafe on the ground floor.
