This luxury villa is located in a resort village only 22 km from Troyan, in the beautiful Troyan Balkan, on the border with the National Park "Central Balkan" and to the north of the Troyan Pass.
 
The resort (1360 m altitude) offers excellent conditions for winter tourism. It has three ski lifts serving three ski slopes with a total length of 2.5 km. There are also three ski wardrobes, snowmobiles and two Snowcats. The snow cover lasts about 110 days per year. The resort is a starting point for many hiking routes in the Troyan Balkan.
 
The villa has 200 sq m of area and offers 12 beds in three separate rooms and two apartments. The rooms have private bathrooms, satellite TV, central heating. There is a tavern with fireplace and well equipped kitchen.
