The land is located in a small village with about 350 residents between Veliki Preslav (the Old Bulgarian capital) and town of Tvarditsa. Distance to both being 22 km, to the regional centre city of Shumen 35 km and the same distance i.e. 1/2 hour to the heart of the Balkan Mountain. Varna- where the nearest International Airport is is 130 km far.It is a large plot at the rate of 21000 sq m and it is situated right next to the regulation of the village, just 350 meters from the famous lake of Ticha- which is the second biggest dam in Bulgaria. The access is good all year around. It isn`t through an asphalt road but there is a dirt one. Water, electricity and asphalt road are only 100 meters away from the plot.
