The property is located at the foot of Mount Osogovo, about 5 km west of Kyustendil and 100 km from Sofia.

The house is on two floors with an area of ​​115 sq m. Stone, brick and joists built.

The first floor consists of a kitchen with all necessary appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, boiler), a dining room and a basement. The basement has a separate entrance. The first floor has been recently renovated. It has all new window joinery - PVC, granite floors, plasterboard walls with internal insulation. The electrical wiring has been replaced.

Second floor - 3 rooms and an entrance hall. Joineries and floors are wood made. The roof has been repaired.  

There is no bathroom and toilet inside the house, but there are is a possibility to build one. Currently the toilet is external. The property has electricity, water. Apart from the house there are two additional agricultural buildings in the yard - 100 sq m and an 80 sq m.

The yard itself has an area of ​​2650 square meters. It is flat, well maintained and planted with a large number of different fruit trees. There is a working borehole and an underground water tank. The whole plot is surrounded by a fence. The property is accessed via an asphalt road. The neighbors are there all year round. The place is peaceful and quiet.
