The house is located in a beautiful village, which is only 1 km away from the famous SPA resort of Sapareva Banya.

The house consists of two floors. The first one has one room, a bathroom, toilet, and a basement suitable for a winery. On the second floor, there is one room with three beds and another two rooms with two beds each. All rooms are equipped with cable TVs. Free WI-FI is available throughout the house. Adjacent to the house there is a separate room with a dining area and an equipped kitchen. There is also a separate bathroom with toilet.

The yard also includes an outside dining area with barbecue, an outbuilding and a garden with fruit trees.
