This complex is a year-round magnificent spa & wellness resort located in a pristine, green, and ecological environment in St. Constantine and Helena on the Black Sea coast, 8 km to the north of Varna.
 
The complex comprises of 294 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments spread in two buildings on an area of 2.6 hectares. While the smaller building is exclusively residential, the larger one is comprised of a residential section, a spa & wellness center (with an area of 3,400 sq. m) with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a gourmet restaurant, a conference hall, a convenience store, a kids’ corner, boutiques, and a 5-star apart-hotel section. The buildings are located in a park crossed by a river flowing down from the nearby mountains.
 
The resort provides a large variety of options for recreation and relaxation and offers a unique array of facilities, which turn it into a wonderful place not only for vacation, but also for permanent residence. The estate has its own source of mineral water at a temperature of 46ºС. The water is hyperthermal, with Calcium Magnesium content and low mineralization. It rises from a depth of some 1800 meters.
