The complex is situated very close to Sunny beach, between St. Vlas and Elenite resort, at the front line of the sea, next to the sandy beach.

The complex is divided onto two parts, connected with each other under the ground.

The first one, Block B, is built into the rock, accessing the sandy beach, and the second one, Block A, - is next to the adjacent hotel building with connection to the road. Both blocks have amazing sea view.
