We are pleased to announce a new project for a residential complex located in Byala, Varna region, Bulgaria.

The concept of the project - residential complex with developed internal infrastructure. The complex is planned to have a spacious pool with a rest area, a children's pool, playground, parking spaces for 66 cars. Landscaping will include a kiwifruit alley that grow very well on the Black Sea climate, lawns, ornamental and fruit trees, ornamental shrubs, flower beds with different sorts of flowers.

The start of the construction of the complex is in March 2013. The completion of the construction is in March 2015. It will be built on a plot of 4690 square meters, 500 meters from the sea, on the slope of a hill, providing sea views from most of the apartments in the complex.

The complex will have following types of apartments: studio, one-bedroom (single bedroom, kitchen with living room), three rooms (two separate bedrooms, kitchen with living room). Ground floor apartments will have fenced yards, front garden area from 10 to 20.5 square meters perfect for garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. Apartment on the 2-3 floors will have spacious balconies, apartments on 4-5 floors will have very large terraces from 9 to 50 sq.m.
