Southern sea resorts are most preferred in Bulgaria this summer

This summer, as well as the past, the most popular destinations on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast are in the south. Most preferred are more quiet resorts like Sozopol, Losenets, Primorsko and Tsarevo. Young people often choose Sunny beach because of the wide variety of restaurants, nightclubs and other attractions.

Over the last 1-2 years "All inclusive" packages are preferred. There is significant improvement in the quality and variety offered in this type of accommodation this year. Most of the hotels offer a good animation program for the tourists` entertainment.

During this season there was no significant change in prices relative to last year. Early and late season prices "All inclusive" in Bulgaria start from 33-49 leva per person per day .In peak season in July and August they significantly increase up to 54-95 leva, respectively in three and four stars hotels.

Many hotels offer different discounts for the peak season or free accommodation for 12-13 years children .

Coming on a holiday in Bulgaria, many tourists are attracted by the Bulgarian coast and decide to invest in holiday properties.Thus they combine vacation with the purchase of a property.This gives them a change to come back next year or to rent the property to tourists and to make a profit during the summer season.

Our neighbors in Greece and Turkey provide good conditions for a certain holiday, this year prices, especially during June were very reasonabal. Greece is a nice place for a holiday, but not attractive for invesment in property The most expensive holiday vacations are destinations like Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand, India, and etc.

Cheap and nice destination for a summer holiday and for investment is Bulgaria.
