Real estate deals in Bulgaria are increasing and the decline in their prices continue

Despite the complicated economic situation in Europe over the last year, Bulgaria has reported 23% increase of transactions in residential properties.

In the first six months of the year are made a total of 110 892 property deals.

By the end of 2012 is noticed slowing of the rate of decrease of the prices per square meter, as in Bulgaria and in Europe. For example, at the end of 2012, the average price of sq.m for the capital was 737 euro, to March 2013 - 727 euro. The average price of sq.m for the country at the end of 2012 is 447 euro, to March 2013-443 euro.

On the real estate market a greater advantage have the large companies. They offer a wide range of services and have serious international experience in this sphere of activity.

The number of real estate offices in Bulgaria is around 2000, nearly 64% are only in Sofia.

Users should seek professional real estate consultants who have the education and experience, and offer a quality service for the price, which customers are paying.
