Bulgarian Bank is selling land near the sea for 188 levs per square meter

Bailiffs from Varna announced a plot of 16 600 sq.m. for sale in the Varna quarter Vladislav Varnenchik for the total amount of 3.13 million levs as an initial price.

A notice for the pending auction was published yesterday on the website of the chamber of private bailiffs. This means that the bidding will start from 188 levs per square meter, provided that in the property rush the prices for such properties near the sea were selling for 100 euro per sq.m. and more.

The plot is offered for sale by Eurobank EFG, the previous owner of the plot is OdiseiStroy Ltd. Applications for participation in the auction, which is going to be on the 9th of July, are accepted by the end of 8th of July.

According to the law if no one express an interest for buying the property and does not show on the auction or the auction fails for another reason, the initial price for the next auction will be 30% less than the current price.
