Bourgas plaza with 100% occupancy after more than two years after opening

The trade center Bourgas Plaza reached 100% occupancy of the retails spaces more than two years after the shopping mall was opened. All 92 merchant premises are already opened for customers of the mall.

The last three premises, which were rented, are the bulgarian chain for shoes, bags and belts - Tendenz, bio shop Biospot and the international brand for food supplements - All Stars.

In Bourgas Plaza Mall is located the biggest retail supermarket chain in Europe - Carrefour.

Bourgas Plaza, which opened doors in April 2009 is located in the north part of the town of Bourgas in close proximity to the highway to Sofia and the boulevard Dimitar Dimov.

Compared with the years of economy boom, when the first malls in Bulgaria opened with occupancy of 100% and long waiting lists of merchants, the trade centers in the last couple of years are opening with a lot lower level of occupancy.

The Gallery Plovdiv Mall in which was opened the second Carrefour in Bulgaria was opened in April 2010 with occupancy of 8.4%

In a year time it increased its occupancy to 61%.
