Solid and spacious house is situated only 15 km away from the city of Stara Zagora. The village lies in good fishing and hunting area that offers opportunities for balneotherapy as well. There is a spa resort less than 20 minutes driving from the village.
The house we suggest you is two storeys with an attic. The first floor comprises an two rooms facing south; a kitchenette; bathroom and toilet. An inner staircase leads to the second floor where two more rooms and a closet are situated. The attic is accessible through the inner staircase. On each floor there is a terrace where you could enjoy lovely views toward the garden and the village.
The house is in good condition but slight refreshment would make it more comfortable and cosy place for living. It is supplied with electricity, water and telephone line.
Pay attention to the huge garden that goes with the house – 2500 sq m! It is planted with vines and lots of fruit trees but still there is enough space for building additional structures. External bathroom and toilet are available. The well in the garden could be used for irrigation.
