The house we suggest you is situated in a beautiful village situated in the central part of Stara Planina Mountain 30 km south of the district center of Shumen. The village lies on the main road through the mountain connecting Shumen and the town of Karnobat. It is 100 km far from the city of Varna and 90 km away from Burgas. The area is extremely attractive for holidays in the nature. You could enjoy the fresh air and stunning mountain views. There is a river passing by the village and a big lake less than 20 km away.

The house is one storey with three rooms and a corridor. It will probably need some repairs to become a nice holiday cottage. Right next to the house there are old farm buildings. The garden is 1000 sq m.
