Our next offer is of a house located in a nice village which is just 35 km from the city of Bourgas and the International Airport!
The village is very well organized and there already are some English people living in it! The area is good for fishing and hunting. The Mandra lake which is the biggest on the Balkan Peninsula is just 15 km far and you can go fishing and boating or do other rural tourism activities!
The house is small and ruined! You might want to knock it down and just rebuilt it but for this purpose you can use a lot of the materials that are left! We can provide our local building team to be at your service!
Originally the house has 55 sq m of living area spread on 1 floor with 3 rooms! Water and electricity are provided and a telephone line is available too! There is no bathroom or toilet!
The plot is quite large- 2500 sq m which gives you the freedom to do anything you like with it. There is space enough for everything!
