The house we suggest you is a brick built six room building. It is situated in a spacious property at the end of a small village near the main road to Burgas and the sea coast. The total size of the garden included in the property borders is 1700 sq m – quite enough if you wish to have some extra structures or cultivate plants. The house offer approximately 100 sq m living area distributed between the two floors. The first floor is a ground one and external staircase leads to the upstairs.
The house requires renovation since it hasn’t been maintained for a while. That would be a further investment which won’t cost you much though. As soon as you have the house repaired and livable you could enjoy calm and peaceful atmosphere that rural life gives. The area is good for fishing and hunting.
